To get to Boracay Island you have to take flight to Mactan, Cebu. From Mactan, you have to take flight to Cebu. Once you land in Cebu, you have to take a local transport to Sorsogon, Cebu. You have to make sure you arrange for a minibus that will take you to the island of Boracay.
